Great Ryokan with nice rooms, quiet gardens and onsen. Lovely food absolutely amazing. We stayed 3 mights amd never got the same food. Even breakfast is everyday different. Service is fine but for foreigners not as good as for locals. As always in Japan I guess this is because of very limited english knowledge. Nevertheless to be recommended for foreigners to experience Japan.

Our first visit to a Ryokan and we loved the whole experience. Takinoya is perfect in every way. Our 'home' overlooked gardens with personal onsen and was so tranquil we imagined we were in the middle of nowhere. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. The food is fantastic. Practise up on your Japanese a bit, not many of the staff spoke English but with a bit of charades, smiles and gesticulations, we enjoyed every aspect. Shoes off!

第二次登別之行,上次是第一瀧本館,比這家大得多,還有不少非住宿單純前來泡湯的遊客,有些像公共浴池。登別温泉街不大,可供選擇的酒店大約十幾家,位置上選哪家都差不多,瀧乃家體驗最好,人少是關鍵,即使沒訂帶私湯的房間也可以享受到私湯的待遇,硬件與飲食也是一流,服務熱情又有分寸,還會再度光臨。

前回の2回目の旅行、前回の最初の美術館は、この博物館よりもはるかに大きく、一人で寝るのではなく、大浴場のような観光客が多くいました。登別温泉街はそれほど大きくなく、約12のホテルから選択できます。どのホテルも同じです。家が最高の体験であり、人数が重要です。プライベートスープで部屋を予約しなくても、プライベートスープを楽しむことができます。治療、ハードウェア、食事も一流であり、サービスは熱意と測定であり、再び来ます。

温泉種の違いを実感できます。 今回は風呂付き部屋を選びました。正解でした。全ての風呂を独占して入りました。全ての風呂に満足しています。

Just checked in. Location is center of Onsen town and very convenient. Service: Okamisan was there when checked in. She's very friendly and very likable. She knows the master of customer service and everybody was very helpful. Upon checked in we were invited to the lounge area for welcome tea and sweets with hot towels. Room: We had AW room. Large tatami room and Hori Gotatsu (living room sets with large living table). Bath was not outdoor but it was facing the mountain and private, almost like private outdoor bath. Has shower stalls and double vanity. Beautiful amenity kits. Every corner of this hotel is super detailed with fresh flowers and humble decoration throughout and I can see that they are very into details. Hoping: I was hoping to have shuttle service to Noboribetsu station upon request would be great. This hotel is not cheap, but service and details were excellent worth the trip. 数ある過去に宿泊した施設の中でも、滝野家さんの おもてなし、細かいお掃除の配慮などに関心いたしました。 とくに関心したのは: 1、消耗が激しいホテル業界で、数すくなく今治タオルをつかっていること。私も自宅で今治タオルと、トルコのタオルを使っているので、すぐにわかりました。 2、お料理の質が素晴らしい。使っているお皿もとてもきれいで、料理がでてくるタイミング、お料理をもってくる方のサービスもすばらしい。若い方ではないのですが、 サービスのベテランという感じを受け、とてもエンジョイできました。 3、お部屋がとても清潔。館内いたるところに新鮮な生け花があり、部屋にあった2つの電話にもカバーがかけてあった。さりげなく入れてあるお部屋のお茶セットのティーバッグも上質で新鮮なものだった。 4、2種類ある浴衣がふたつともぴっしりノリがかかっていて、とても気持ちよかった。ロゴのついていない、無地のヘリンボーンの綿の浴衣は、どの旅館でも今までみたことのない 上質のものだった。 この他、温泉が良い、お風呂が綺麗、ロケーションが良いなどハードのものも追加となり、良い評価をいただいているのだと思いますが、 ハード面だけでなく、ソフト面での細かいサービスと配慮に大変感動いたしました。このようなサービスと配慮は、日本人ならではで、アメリカのリッツ・カールトンでも見れないサービスです。
