Quarto estilo Japonês fantástico. Jantar e pequeno almoço fabulosos. Recepcionistas simpáticos. Onsen também muito bom. Horário limite para check-in 18:00. Tive que regressar à pressa do lago Ashi. This property was absolutely lovely. The room was very large and spacious. The in room outdoor bath was very enjoyable! I enjoyed the entire experience and wish I could've stayed longer. The breakfast was really good. Staff was a hit or miss. We had one employee who was very kind and helped us with our questions but when checking out there was no one at the desk for 10+ minutes and no bell. He only came out when the phone rang. We had no-seafood dining plans arranged but there was still seafood in some of the dishes. They did try it seems but I would be weary if you are severely allergic. 宿の場所が良かった 初めての箱根旅行で2世帯で今回行きました。高齢者の祖父母も一緒で足腰が悪かったのですが前もって伝えてあったこともあってか駐車場も宿の目の前に停めさせて頂き部屋もエレベーターのすぐそばで不便なく過ごせました。宿の場所も駅近でちょうど食べ歩きをするスポットが沢山ある場所だったので行くことが出来ました。お風呂もゆったりと入れるお風呂があったり、洗面所も半個室で仕切りがあったりしてとても良かったです。ただしちょうど使った着替える場所やカゴが置いてあるところがホコリだらけで多分あまり使われてないのかなと思いました。でもとてもゆっくりとした時間を過ごすことが出来て父母や祖父母との思い出が出来て良かったです。

母の誕生日のお祝いで使わせていただきました!ご飯も美味しくお風呂もよくリッチもとてもよかったです!母も喜んでくれてこちらにしてよかったなと思いました!

Good onsen ryokan. Service and the onsens were amazing. The kaiseki dinner was traditional and good, but wouldn’t say it was exceptional. Area near the ryokan is very picturesque and nice to roam around
