Large hotel with many facilities, services etc. and a spacious room with a nice river week. We had a fine japanese kaiseki menu and japanese breakfast at the hotel. The hotel is at the end of the main street and close to the station, shops etc. We were in advance not aware thar the hotel’s spa / onsen facilities were gender specific (not on the hotel). The service in the restaurant was a little busy. We loved the location, which was just a few minutes walk from Hakone-Yumoto station and close to shops and restaurants. We loved the comfortable and spacious room and the private hot spring bath in the garden. The traditional Japanese dinner and breakfast were delicious and an experience we will never forget. The food was not to par and resulted in food poising. Please book elsewhere.

Unique experience! Staff were very friendly, but the facility was a bit dated and probably needed some work (especially for the cost of my accommodation).

のんびり過ごせましたよ! 2月に利用して、良かったので、また伺いました。宿には時間前に着きました。早かったので、周りを散歩してから時間になり宿に入りサービス課のスタッフさんに部屋を案内して頂きました。前回の部屋とは違った部屋を選びました。部屋はとても広く温泉、食事も良かったです。温泉は身体が、温まり、食事は薄味でたいへん良かったです。前回案内して頂いた、スタッフさんが、休みと聞き残念でしたが、母親が、丁度誕生日のお祝いが、出来たのも良かったです。今後はスタッフさんに会いたいと思いました。部屋の仲居さんも色々と料理な説明も丁寧にして頂きました。有り難うございました。

温泉と料理 早く到着してロビーで ゆっくりしました。 スタッフの方が写真をとったり気にかけてくれました。部屋係の方がよかったです。又今度桜の次期に行くから楽しみにしてます。
