クリスマスに宿泊。温泉とっても良かったお部屋係の人も優しくて素敵な人でした。ただオムツが取れない子供の大浴場禁止で、部屋付き露天風呂のある部屋にしていたら良かったと思いました。古くからある旅館と聞いて居ましたが綺麗に整備されていて。快適でした!温泉に入ってから温まり過ぎて真冬なのに上がった後もポカポカでした。食事は子供にも配慮して頂けて。また来たいと思いました
駅から近く、コンビニなども近くにあったので立地は大満足でした!また、ホテルの方はとても良い接客で気持ちよく過ごすことができました。
初めての、有名旅館
こちらに決めた理由は、昔から名の通った旅館であるという事と、是非1度行ってみたいと、思い行ってきました。率直な感想ですが、お宿は本当に大きくてロビーも、とても広くて、空間も広くそして、玄関にはいると、素敵なお庭があって、とても綺麗に手入れをされているなっと思いました。ただ、チェックインして仲居さんが、荷物をもってくれる様なそういう旅館ではなく、自分で、部屋鍵を渡されて行くお部屋でした。そして、お部屋もとても広くて少人数で、利用するには、とても広いお部屋でした。本当に、ゆったりできるお部屋だと思います!そして、温泉は、大浴場はいくつもお風呂があり、温度も適温かと思いました。料理は、個室だったのですが仲居さんが、ちょっと愛想がないなって少し残念でした。でも料理は、とても美味しかったです!そして、最後のチェックアウトは、女将さんが気さくな方で、色々お話しができて和みました。とても嬉しかったです!是非これからも、変わらないお宿であって頂けたらと、思います!また、機会がありましたら行ってみようかと思います!お世話になりました。ありがとうございます!

Private outdoor bath, comfortable bedding, amazing view, helpful staff. The kiseki meal was incredible. Watching the sun rise over the river was incredibly relaxing. Rooms were clean and the bedding was the most comfortable I encountered on this trip. Overall the building needed to be deep-cleaned or renovated. Carpet/wall stains, faint cigarette smell on furniture, yellowed plastic on appliances. To be clear, the cleanliness of the hotel was very good - the building itself needed some love as decades-old wear and tear was hard to ignore. The onsen facilities and the food ordered; also the location was near the train station Staffs were not proficient in English & we were late for the dinner booked as we took a wrong bus; staff could have offered a snack or packed the dinner ordered for us to eat in our rooms as the nearby eateries were mostly closed! We bought snacks from the nearby convenient store for dinner. とても癒されました
お刺身など、お料理がとても美味しかったです。お腹いっぱいで残してしまったのが心残り。従業員の方たちの気遣いも素晴らしかったです。部屋についていた温泉はいつでも入れるし、癒されるし最高でした。部屋風呂はゆっくりできますし、本当にオススメです。また泊まりに行きたいです(*^^*)

El Onsen es un lujo Es muy caro para que solo merezca la pena el onsen. Dormimos en tatami y no era nada cómodo. Las habitaciones y el hotel tienen un olor un poco peculiar, a comida todo el rato.. Y el personal no es el más amable.. algunos si otros no..
No tienen una zona donde puedas comprar un café caliente por la mañana y subirlo a la habitación. El Onsen es un lujo Es muy caro para que solo merezca la pena el onsen.
