5度目の母との箱根温泉旅行 湯本駅の並んだ店通りに直結している旅館のため、バスを使わずにすんなりと買い物に行くことができ、母の足腰に負担なく、満喫できました。部屋は街側でしたが、大きな山が綺麗で部屋からの眺めは最高でした、部屋も広く快適でした。温泉は、広く、露天風呂もいくつかあるため、夕方の時間帯でも混雑で慌てることがなく、ゆったりと満喫できました。肌も期待通りツルツル効果を得て大満足です。また旅館のスタッフの方々の対応がとても良かったです。高飛車にものを語るような方はおらず、旅館にふさわしく、ゆったりとされた言葉遣いで、ご親切な対応でした。清掃さんもすれ違う際に、丁寧に一言ご挨拶してくださり、いつでも暖かく迎えてくださるご挨拶も、素敵だねと母と話ました。身も心も温泉同様に休むことができました。食事も美味しくいただきました。母と私では、多くて食べれそうかなぁと思うほど、価格よりも期待以上の量、質でした。フルーツ、干物が、特に美味しかったです。次回もこちらの旅館にお世話になりたいと考えています。

Location: very near to hakone Yumoto station. About 6 minute walking distance from station. Staff does not understand or speak English at all. There’s huge communication problem as staff don’t speak other language other than Japanese. I think it is over price for a old hotel. This hotel needs a renovation. No WiFi in the room. Guest have to use WiFi in the lobby. The fridge in the room will be lock automatically every morning 8am so if you have food inside the fridge you will need to call front desk to unlock the fridge.
