預定時沒考慮清楚選擇的是和式不指定房間,結果入住前台給了和式房,房間很大空調出風口設計有點問題暖風給橫樑擋了,所以房間不夠暖和。原本想在房間裏泡溫泉的,結果房間裏沒有,衹有公共泡湯。早晚餐有點簡單不如其他溫泉酒店豐盛,20:30就不能點單了。交通便利,距離箱根湯本站步行衹有5分鐘。

今回はちょっと残念でした。
1.チェックインの時に「食事はお食事処になります」ときっぱり。特別室の利用は今回が三度目ですが、以前は部屋での食事でした。その後、部屋に案内された仲居さんからは「お部屋と食事処のどちらかがよいか聞かれませんでしたか?」。私「いいえ」。帰ってから一休で申し込み内容を確認したところ「食事はお部屋または食事処でご用意」とありました。どうなんだろう?宿側の都合で決められちゃうのかな。
2.朝食のお食事処にて。7:40頃。担当してくださった女性から「ご予約は8時ですよね?」私「7時半でお願いしたと思うけど・・」 10分後、隣のテーブルで「ご予約は7時半ですよね」お客さん「8時」。
食事に来てるのにわざわざ予約時間を確認する必要あるのでしょうか。10分程度の時間の前後も許されないのかな。
素泊まりで利用しましたが、とても快適に過ごせました。
大浴場、サービス共に満足してます。
露天風呂付き客室は部屋が広くて、とても良い。食事も美味しかった。チェックアウト時間が11時だとよいと思います。

こちらの食事時間を遅くしたので、広いお風呂場を独り占めという体験ができたのは素敵でした。
